We are working on repairing a drain line that has damage creating a backup.
in the interim, when the drain line backs up it floods the units through their p traps

The clean out is the lowest point and is located outside. For emergency use, is there a type of 3" ABS fitting that can screw into the clean out, if there is a back up this would act as a failure point rather than sewage going into the homes. Is there is an option to remove the clean out cap and place some type of release valve or maybe even an elbow during this desperate times while we continue to work with plumbers and get this repaired. We need a creative emergency interim solution to divert sewage from going inside the house and release it outside the houses while we triple bid and begin to dig up this pipe.
