Turned off braker to tankless water heater. Next flipped shut off valve to inline filter. Next broke seal with special wrench and removed old filter. Replaced with new one. Placed canister back on tightening it. Turned on inlet valve and pushed relief valve on top of canister. Next turned on braker. Now we have no water pressure anywhere. It will build if faucet not used. Once on it dwindles to a drip. This is mobile home. Disconnected checked everything all clear. Re assembled and nothing stl no pressure. Need help quick.

Don't be insulted, but did you take the wrapper off of the new cartridge?

Sometimes the handle on those filters moves on the shaft.

Turn the water on, then slowly twist the handle and see if the water flow is restored.
