Water started leaking out of the corner of where my basement door is. Drain at the bottom goes to a sump. To the right of this picture is my catch basin from my kitchen sink, which is also where the sump pump drains to.
Is this likely ground water? Had the house for 6 years and this issue just started. House was built in the 1950s. Concerned water is leaking from my catch basin.
Either way, should I just drill holes to encourage drainage away from that corner? Or just get my catch basin scoped?
