Cast pipe Nightmare

The house must of settled and split the cast. At the base the cleanout is cemented in. Not a problem I can drill the cast pipe out of the cleanout. But at the top there's a hub on a street cast 45. This is at celing hieght. How can I break the hub off without destroying the street 45. The split goes the whole lenght of the pipe which is about 5 ft. Do I grind sections off the hub?

It "broke" because of warm moist air, and NO water flow in the upper section of the vent. it happens all the time in buildings.

Anyways 2ish years ago I replaced this cast with abs. Was in a tight spot. I quoted her 1200, ended up being 800. So I just charged her 800 plus tax. Was leak free when I left. Just ran into her today and she's pissed off cause she thinks I over charged her. Apparently it was split all the way thru to the roof. But the next floor up was all finished. Not sure if more split later on, or she expects me to have xray vision

If I 'quote $1,200.00", I BILL $1,200.00 even if winds up costing $800.00. That is the chance they take when they want a quote ahead of time, because the quote HAS to include what COULD happen, (that they would not want to pay additional for). If she didn't like that price, I can give her a couple of companies whose quotes would make ANYTHING you quoted look like a bargain.

Shes mad cause I didn't inspect all the drainage pipe buried behind the drywall upstairs. So apparently she just got someone in to change it all. I just fixed what I seen was split.

Its stupid its like changing a toilet then they blame you there hotwater tank went the next day
