Nowadays, many faucets are imported from China, some are sold under established name brands, yet many are sold "unbranded".

If you have the box this faucet came in, you might be able to find a way to contact the dealer/importer/store...anything that might help you.

If you don't, the origin of this faucet may be untrackable. Meaning: replacement parts cannot be obtained.
