Can somebody help identify this bathroom faucet brand/model?

Hi. Im trying to identify the make/model of this bathroom faucet. I counted 30 spline on the broach stem. Any help would be appreciated.

Please see photos. The metal cartridge/valve is included. They might be "Kingston Brass" but those currently are 16 spline on the broach stem/valve and I have 30 spline on the broach stem/valve.
