Can moon be considered as source of light?

The Moon can be considered a source of light, but not visible light. The Lunar surface and its thin atmosphere both produce shorter wavelength, invisible light (best moon lamp) due to bombardment by solar x-rays, EUV and UV radiation, and even from cosmic rays.
AND
Can moon be considered as source of light?

Yes it can, just ask any trained sniper who did not have a modern scope and used the moon light to pick off enemy combatants starting with the one further away and work their closer

Sometimes using the moonlight was better as the sun light is to bright and places a glare on the lens and the general darkness at night helps to conceal the shooter other then the flash from the rifle and the report of the shot
