Can I start a vent off a wye, after P-Trap? Drawing included

Is it OK to start a vent off the 45 side of a wye?
I don't see why it wouldn't but couldn't find an example of my situation on the internet,

See attached drawing (sorry it's rotated wrong),

Originally I was going to put a sani-tee after the trap arm start and start the vent with a 45 from the top of the tee, but that made the vent to high to clear the edge of the sink so I gotta start the vent from lower...

the sink is actually a big double compartment stainless steel sink, but the drawing shows pretty much what's going on

One solution would be to lower the trap and then replace the 90 bend with a sanitary tee, with the vent off the top of that. As long as the vent does not fall to an angle of less than 45 degrees, it is good.
