Can I replace an older Bryant Evolution Connex Series-A with a newer Series-C?

New thermostats are available online, our Series-A is very old and I would like to replace with the Series-C. We have both Bryant gas furnace and AC units that are controlled by the Series-A today. I think the furnace is around 10 years old, and the AC is from 2021.

Should I be able to swap out the A B C D wires from the Series-A and hook it up to a Series-C without issue? and then register online for access with the mobile app?

The software will have to be upgraded if possible and by a dealer.
