Can I drain/vent a sink into this drain pipe?

It is in fact a vent and not a drain I hope.

It is a vent for basement bathroom rough-in.

IF an AAV could vent into the basement, then you COULD use it on your sink because that would mean it allowed air to flow both ways. It CANNOT, therefore it is not suitable for any situation which could be subjected to a "positive" pressure, such as your sink when water is coming down the pipe.
