Hey everybody. Sorry if this is an unusual request.

I just started training as a water treatment technician/installer for a small company. Really, it's just me and my boss. He's been in the business for thirty years and has been showing me the ropes the best he can while we work through an unusually busy (I'm told) spell.

I have years of experience with plumbing, so the installing/piping aspect is easy enough for me. What I am looking for is any kind of informational resources, cheat sheets, etc. on system sizing, water testing, system troubleshooting, finer calibration details, and so on.

I've learned a lot from my boss and will learn plenty more, but I want to take initiative and learn all I can about our products and how to make sure I give the best service to our customer base. Just browsing the forums here have been a great help, but I am always looking for more.

Thanks for any help!

Thanks Reach. Our catalog has dozens of tech articles, charts and tips/tricks. Our new catalog slated for release 6 months ago... now maybe in 6 months... will have a lot more technical "stuff" in it.
