Bubbling in shell new construction

Hi, new here and I'm trying to find an answer on what this issue is called and what the cause is. It is new construction and we saw it in the walkthrough in one bath. When we came back through after repairs the other bathroom seems to have developed the same issue. What is the correct fix for this issue? Please see pictures. Bubbling in the top corners of showers.

Manufacturer defect. Replace them. Should be under warranty.

thats a warranty replacement befor installation dry wall paint flooring toilets cabinet set but at this point its patch and paint refinish work . unless the builder is eating Doo Doo

Agree. Nice to know if it's fiberglass or acrylic. Don't think there's a fix for acryic.

That is gonnna really piss off the plumber to have to replace them....
and the plumbing supply house will probably not pay for this neither..

its a real job to do after the fact and the home is complete.... you cannot get those
one peice fiberglass tubs down hallways or around corners....

if they actually cannot be repaired then you will probably have to settle for a
Sterling -Kohler break down tub or shower unit that comes in separate boxes..
they are actually very nice units......
