Hello all, I have a leaky old style (1940's era) briggs two handle shower. The problem is in my cold faucet. I purchased a rebuild kit which has two stem units, two handles, two escutcheons, two escutcheon holders, two bibb seats and two nipples. I was able to get everything together, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to screw the escutcheon holders onto the stem. I thought maybe the nipple had something to do with it, but the nipple didn't seem to screw properly into any of the other pieces. Can anyone tell me what I am obviously not getting?
