I have a question regarding Brass craft quarter turn angle stops.

This is for the following part numbers:

KTCR19X C 1/2” nom compression x 3/8” OD compression, chrome plated
KTCR39X C 1/2” nom compression x 1/2” OD compression, chrome plated

G2CR39X CD 1/2” nom compression x 1/2” OD compression, chrome plated
G2CR19X C 1/2” nom compression x 3/8” OD compression, chrome plated

Are these angle stop body all manufactured from one (1) piece of metal.

i.e. one piece includes body and both threaded portions.

It looks like that one is machined from brass rod, so most likely one piece. If you look in the 3/8 compression side, if there is an allen head hex inside it, then it's two pieces.

make sure you use the ones that start with KT and not the G2 version. The KT are "1/4 turn ball stops" and are true quarter turn ball valves. The G2 are what brasscraft calls "quarter turn stop" (note the lack of "ball" in the title). it has plastic stem and isn't nearly as robust at the KT
