I have a Bosch US 12 tankless, all of a sudden water flow basically stopped. I tried everything to clean and wash the lines and nothing would work. I finally tore it apart and right above the intake is the skinnier copper tube and inside of that was this little white value looking thing, that was all messed up, melted, broke apart. That was the obvious reason why water flow was low. My question is, what is it called, why did it break and where can I get a new one? I have attached a picture.
