Hello All,

I have a major problem with a boiler. Its a crown gas fired boiler.
It was working fine for the last couple of months until a couple of days ago.
I have three zones and have the thermostats turned all the way down.
The boiler runs and runs and the circulation pump comes on. the boiler
does shut down when it hits temperature, but comes on in a few minutes again.
My house is around 85-90 degrees.

Any suggestions would be appreciated !!

If heat is going to all zones when the thermostats are not calling for heat it means the zone controller is probably fried.

Three zone valves, one circulator?

An inconvenient but effective way to deal with the excess heat until you actually figure it out is to turn off the power to the boiler to let the house cool off, and turn it back on when you need heat.

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
