Was working on two boilers serving an appartment. Both wires on the ignitor wires melted near the pilot assembly causing it to arc in the wrong spot. I checked both manifold pressures. One was at 4.05wc the other at 3.85wc. I set both to 3.5wc. Could this be the reason for melting it? Is .5wc really that much different
