blue condensation brand new toilet

i just installed a brand new American standard toilet and i noticed that i got blue stains on myself from it now the customer called me back he is having condensation on tank which is turning blue i opened tank and it looks like parts of tank were painted blue (or sealed with a blue finish) was this a damaged toilet ?
or any ideas what this could be?

I think it is the dye that they use to test the toilets.
