Bladder less well tank no water..HELP..

Ok so tanks hot to touch so no water in it what do I do i pushed the two little red buttons on the box and they pop back out

You could replace the capacitors and relay in that box. Or just get a new control box. It may still not start, but replacing the control box is the first thing to try. The box needs to be replaced anyway, but if the box doesn't fix it you will probably need a new pump.
