Bidet Attachment Causes Crack

Has anyone had experience with an under seat bidet attachment causing a crack in the toilet bowl. Crack appears to come right from the attachment point, but I can't figure out how. Maybe I tightened the bolts to much? Kind of want to figure it out before reinstalling on a new toilet.

I have not seen that happen. Any tightening on china needs some care though.
