I’ve replaced every angle stop in my house and I’ve come to the washing machine last. I’d like to replace my washing machine valves. The attached pic is what I have now. I had a few questions. What I have is a compression fitting, right? Take two wrenches and twist, with a ferrule inside; like the angle stops? Should I replace with the same thing or is there anither type of valve considered the most reliable? thanks for any tips!
