Need some help on best kind of pump to be installed on 8" casing deep well, 135 meters deep, water level is 10 metrs frm ground level. Water is to be used for piggery and poultry projects. Submersible or vertical pump?

Submersible, for sure. This presumes the casing is large enough.
With an 8 inch casing, it is best to use flow inducer sleeve around the pump. Search for "flow inducer" in this forum.
In selecting a pump, consider how much pressure you will want. If you are just filling a tank, then low pressure at the surface is good. If you are hosing down things with a nozzle, you will want a more pressure.
