I'm wondering for the small laundry pumps is the one that has no storage capacity as good as the one that has the pump in a small little tank? From what ive seen is the tank ones need a vent and the one that are just basically a pump and motor do not. I would think that would be a benefit of not needing a vent. I could not find any info on this online. Thanks

I have had this brand in my basement for almost 40 years and it is still running. No vent required, but you do need a check valve on the output side.

The one with or without the tank?

I see your link now. The one without the little tank.
