Hi, have had two recent clogs many feet down the pipe after the Toto Drake. Plumber had to remove toilet and run a snake and said he hit toilet paper. This issue in part may be the Northern toilet paper. Any specific toilet papers that you can recommend? Looked on Consumer Reports and it seems their recommendations for toilet papers are either no longer made or with poor user reviews. Appreciate any currently available recommendations.

Other though I have is the flapper valve is closing to quickly so not getting a lot of volume during the flush. Using the Korky 2021BP G-Max replacement Flapper. Doesn't appear to be adjustable so that flapper will stay up rather than close almost right away. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks

Terry

While a different TP may help, it's likely that there's an issue in the plumbing pipes. That could be improper slope, a belly, a partial collapse, and maybe some other thing I haven't mentioned.

I walked into a home the other day and the pet had shredded the paper in the bathroom.
Which way do you hang your paper?

Some pet owners do it this way, my critters don't play with mine, so I have mine outward.
If your pet tries to roll it, smash the roll so that they don't spin easily.

I go out also, but in is good if the out-paper would dangle onto your leg.

Unless the roll is low, I don't feel strongly on this.
