Best shallow well/jet pumps?

I am looking to buy a new 1/2 hp jet pump. Looking for recommendations. I know goulds has good quality pumps but are pricey. Other than goulds are there any other quality pumps out there?

Grundfos JP series are good. F&W, AY McDonald, Sta-Rite are also good brands.

I bought my Gould’s J5 SH which is a 1/2 hp on Craig’s list for $200 new in the box. Might be a good idea to look there. You never know.
