I am sure this is a common concern, but in this case it is more than just nice to have. Due to a medical issue, a family member expels (for the lack better way of saying it) a large soft amount that tends to fill the bowl and leave marks. Never a concern with flushing but rather needing to flush several times. Neither our Toto Ultramax with sanigloss nor Drake do the job so we are looking for other options.

Thoughts?

I am not a plumber but take a look at the new American Standard Vormax flushing system. It sure looks good on the video. Cleans the entire bowl. But there are two flappers apparently one for the drain and one to clean the bowl. I don't like the extra flapper but if it works for you it is worth the risk.

Yeah the Vormax looks interesting, but the extra flapper looks like extra potential problems?

I would like to understand the Toto Tornado and what the difference is in models, but their website is so user unfriendly and lacking details. UGH

That is the best one I know of.

Good Luck.

Look up "Hand Held Bidet". It is a sprayer for the toilet that can be used on the body or on the walls of the toilet bowl.

The American Standard models with the PowerWash rim are excellent for bowl rinse, as are the Gerber Viper and Avalanche. I'm noting this from my experience with the 1.6 GPF models. I don't know about the 1.28s.

I was thinking of something like this. The thing you pictured would be good in a clean bathroom, but the bathroom you showed needed a pressure washer I think.
