I'm trying to avoid chiseling into an existing foundation and notching plates in a load bearing wall. Plumbing from tub will be running right under a new partition wall, which would be perfect except for the fact it's over 5 feet from where the trap will be. Tub has been purchased, and changing orientation of drain isn't an option. Following is image of area where the large tub with 2 inch drain will go, and I placed a trap approximately where it would need to be: http://i.imgur.com/PZHLoho.jpg Following is wall above where tub will go: http://i.imgur.com/SxziRSN.jpg Length of pipe in trench isn't hooked up to anything. I am not sure HOW you are running the drain lines, since my way would not be the way you are doing it. If it is a drop in tub, you should be able to rotate it, otherwise HOW to run the vent will depend on how much room there is inside the enclosure around the tub.

As I mentioned, changing the orientation of the tub isn't an option. It's a large freestanding slipper style soaking tub that currently doesn't have any other drain options. Center drain would have been perfect, but the manufacturer currently doesn't offer it in the model I purchased. Orientation is because high side of tub needs to face towards master bedroom where the television can be viewed while soaking(got back problems, so soaking is a nice relief for that).

If you look at the image of the plans I linked to, the mainline ends where the toilet is shown. If you were sitting on the toilet, the mainline would be under the wall to your left. Right now, my plant is to run 2 inch for the tub, shower, and lav, and it will tie in behind where the toilet is tying into the mainline. I pretty much have that figured out, it's the issue of the tub I'm worried about. If I were to try to run the vent up the partition wall, the trap arm would be just under 6 feet, and UPC says it can't be longer than 5 feet for a 2 inch line. Sorry all I have is imaging, I know a drawing might be easier to follow, but I think the plans with the imaging and my description should paint the picture.
