Hi,
I am remodeling a bathroom and I am at the part where I'm installing the new vanity (that's been sitting collecting dust for a while so probably cannot return it). I bring that up because the vanity has a very small opening inside. Too small for a P-Trap without hacking it up beyond looking good anymore. It has a shelf that sits right below the wall drain outlet, and a drawer underneath the shelf. With the vanity pressed up against the wall, there's 3.75" of clearance behind the drawer (the shelf is flush with the back of the vanity).
Inside the vanity, drawer is open: https://i.imgur.com/H3QNBHl.jpg
Another pic with measuring tape: https://i.imgur.com/p07LH87.jpg
(Add another inch or 2 because there's the whole overflow area before the sink starts, not an important detail at the moment).
What is inside the wall: https://i.imgur.com/4HYt0nN.jpg
What I have rigged up:

The trap assembly sticks out from the wall by just under 4".
(I plan to cut the 15" drain arm as I do not need that much obviously, and I plan to ensure there's fall to the wall.
Can I come up with something better than this? Not wanting to open up the wall to raise the drain line to the stack, nor would I really want to entertain having an S trap in the vanity with a Tee'd off AAV, though being in Indiana that's fine if I go with that route.
My concerns are the following:
1. The rigged up P-trap against the wall...I'd like to make that even closer to the wall because it's just under 4" - it needs to be 3.75" so the drawer can close. I was planning to cut a sliver off the socket of the right angle piece joining the elbow in the wall. Is that ok to do? Right now it is pressed into the hub as far as it will go so there's plenty of it to cut if that's an allowed practice.
2. Is this even code compliant?
3. Am I looking at a drain that's going to be slow because there's too many horizontal 90 degree elbows? That socket/hub 90 I have rigged up that goes to the elbow in the wall is a sharp 90, but I have to have something close to the wall.
Thanks in advance!
