Bathroom Faucet Handle - Cap Removal

Hello,

I am attempting to fix a leaky faucet and in order to access the o-ring I need to remove the cap on the handle. However, I cannot seem to open/access the cap. I don't have any information on the manufacturer in order to reference a user's manual.

Do any of you happen to know the mfg. or how to open the cap on this handle?

That looks to be the type where the top cap spins off counterclockwise.
