Sorry I haven't updated the pictures, the copper is already gone. I'm a little confused. The sink drain turns 90 in the wall and then into a San tee at the vent/drain. What fitting should I use at the 90?

I'm a little confused. I wouldn't use tubular in the wall, correct? Also, what mean by 45? Two 45's to turn 90deg in the wall?
