Bath Tub cleanout

I am turning the bath tub drain 90 degrees horizontal before it gets to the stack. I know this will require a clean out. Will the tub drain serve the purpose of the clean out in this situation since it make an access point for a snake?

The ceiling underneath will be finished, so adding a clean out will not help.

I couldn't edit the title, but this is for a Jacuzzi tub.

You are allowed 135 degrees of change on the trap arm, which can be used for snaking the tub.
