Basement Bathroom - Single Vent

Never posted anything to this forum, but used it a lot to get some great information from it!

Question at hand, is this bathroom waste drain/vent layout ok with a single vent in a basement bathroom? Toilet and Tub are wet vented to the vanity vent. Picture is attached, it is a new build and the house is in Michigan.

If you have a wye on the horizontal heading to the tub, then it works.
