Not sure who designed this toilet. It was down a 10ft corridor by itself. I believe the sink was behind me and to the right in its own cubby under the stairs.

I wonder if this could be one of those ultra realistic paintings on the floor that make it look like you're walking down a set of stairs.. I know its not, but that would be pretty crazy to see.
