Australia, How do i connect the water to toilet?

Hi guys.

So im doing some toilet renovations. i had a plumber come in and pipe it all up but he cant make it back to put in the toilet.

he has piped up the water to the top of the tank (see attached pictures) but in inlet for the toilet looks like it needs to come from underneath. how do i run that pipe???

You have plumbing for a back inlet close coupled toilet. You picture shows you have a bottom inlet tank. Best to return it and get the proper one.

Our basic plumbing here in USA uses very different standards and norms, so not likely you will get the best contributions from this site (generally speaking).
