AS website shows:
Cadet Pro 10" Rough In, Elongated Bowl, Right Ht Model 215AB104.020 for $413 (currently out of stock).

HD stocks:
AS Cadet 10" Rough-In, Round Bowl, Tall Ht Model 3376128ST.020 for $199 (>50% less than Pro model)

AS website's "Compare" is useless -lists only list price and flow rate!
AS webpage for Cadet Pro says "trade only". Also says "trade exclusive tank" -no explanation what that means.
Webpage didn't mention the seat, but for round version said not included.

So, b/c their website is basically useless, called AS Customer Service and learned what the "Pro" offers over HD:
Upgrades plastic trip lever and fill valve to brass.
"Trade only" tank is slimmer.
Seat NOT included (slow-close seat included at HD).

Terry recommends the "Cadet Pro" in other threads -Should the HD version be avoided?

Most of us prefer the "Pro" stuff. They know since we're constantly buying their stuff, that we are more picky about quality.
It's all going to work though. Also we don't have to wait in lines for our products, the people we work with know the product and how to handle it without breakage.
We pay wholesale and add our markups.

Thanks Terry-
Sometimes get risk-averse regarding bargain-priced name brands at the big box stores, when suspect the "adjustments" the mfr makes to lower the price could = unacceptable quality.
Maybe the 10" rough-in Cadet at HD would be fine, but will go with the Cadet Pro b/c this is for an elderly relative therefore want to minimize potential problems. If problems occur anyway, at least the selected "quality" Cadet Pro won't be questioned!
