Arsenic in water. Please suggest what the right solution is

Hello we are buying a home with a private well and the water well test showed Arsenic 15.2 ug/L when the standard is 5 ug/L.
The sellers are offering to install BACKWASHING ARSENIC REMOVAL SYSTEM WITH BRINE TANK 1054

Is this the right solution for this problem ? Should they also be installing a softener ? Is there anything else that I should be concerned with ?
