Anyone tried the new Keeney / Plumb Pak fill valve?

I saw this low-profile fill valve in Lowes for around $7. It looks interesting, wondering about any real life reports.

It's junk, the Fluid Master is the one to use. They are being supplied with a good number of new toilets. And has become the most used by professionals. There very easy to repair and we have very few call backs on them.
