Any value to old HVAC Equipment?

Is there any value in these items? They were installed in 1997 so almost 30 years old. The heater is propane. They each probably have less than 100 hours of use. The home was heated the entire time by a pellet stove and fireplace and the home is well insulated and stays cool but at night, the whole house fan was used to cool the home. The only time the AC was needed is if someone left the windows open or when there were successive heat days where overnight temps. And the homeowner was conscious of the cost of propane and electricity. ;-)

I am not sure if I should take them to the dump, metal recycling yard or post an ad on offerup. Please let me know what the best options are for discarding these items. If your suggestion is to post to offer up, should I sell them or give them away?

Scrap yard. In my area the oil has to be out of the compressor. Cut compressor out. Drill a hole in the bottom of compressor to drain the oil. Makes a mess. You will be surprised.

If you were near me I'd want that propane furnace for my garage/shop. We do get some cold weather here in the desert once in awhile.
