Any such thing as a code-compliant flexible drain line in concealed space?

I previously posted a similar question about my dilemma, but I've learned a little more and now have a better grasp on my problem. I hope this is not considered a redundant post.

I needed to open up my kitchen ceiling in order to make the drain connection to a new freestanding tub. Once I've made the connection and I'm convinced there are no leaks, I'll be closing the ceiling back up. Leaving an access panel is not an option, because it's the center of my living space.

But if I make the drain connection using all rigid pipe, then there will be no way to ever remove the tub or disconnect/service the drain without reopening the ceiling. I would like to know if there are any code-compliant options for a flexible drain hose in this scenario, which could be used between the trap and the tub's drain shoe, connected to the shoe with a shielded Fernco coupling. Then if I ever needed to remove the drain, I could lift the tub just enough to reach under and disconnect the Fernco coupling from the shoe.

When I look up flexible drain hoses, they're all made for sinks and accessible spaces. Does what I'm looking for exist?

Is the location in a good spot for a 6" recessed light?
I'd thought of that, but unfortunately it is not. I already have a bunch of canned lights in a grid pattern. There's an existing light pretty close to the hole...but of course it's just on the other side of the joist! If not for bad luck...

I've also thought about putting a fake air register up there. I think that would still be too noticeable, but I haven't completely shut down that possibility.

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
