I have an antique cast iron sink that I am trying to use in my bathroom remodel. the problem is the hole for the drain is 1 1/4" is there any way to fit a drain assembly into this hole? seems most are around 1.6" or so.

I can do without the overflow, I can even do without a stopper.I'm just trying to avoid drilling it out cause I have already drilled two holes in it for the supply and it sucked

A one inch bar sink drain might work. They are one inch pipe size which is 1 3/8" on the outside, perhaps a hair less because of the threads.
