Got a call about a kitchen faucet ( I do small handyman work in rental units) that isn't working properly. I go to check it out, issue is on hot water side. Turn faucet on, it runs full blast for 10-40 seconds, then BLAM!!! nothing! Attempt it again, no water. Wait 5-10 minutes, and it runs for maybe 5-15 seconds. Valves are wide open, plumbing has been updated recently (all pex piping). I am thinking the cartridge is FUBAR'd, hoping for some helpful suggestions.
Faucet is a MOEN, no idea of the model. I would say it probably 5-10 years old, but who knows.
