    Hello
I recently had a handy friend replace my wall mount toilet. It leaked so I was looking for a plumber to reinstall it or fix the small leak. It has since stopped leaking. Sholud I tighten the nuts and start using it?

It depends on WHY it was leaking, and we cannot tell you that.

Any idea how tight to tighten the nuts? 10 ft-lbs, or what? I would want to know that before tightening unless they seem loose.

Theres basically 2 common wall hung toilets. 4 bolts and in wall tank 2 bolt. 4 bolts are very specific in that if you don't align the backing nuts and washers and tighten them up.. will crack the toilet.
