We installed 2 American Standard wall hung toilets (model 4098 Glenwall 1.6 gpf pressure assist wall-mount toilet) in 2017. One of the tanks has cracked. American Standard tells me this model is discontinued and no other tank will fit the toilet bowl. They are telling me the entire thing needs to be replaced. I've search the internet for the tank and it appears to be out-of-stock everywhere. Anybody familiar with (or is there a way to find) another tank that will fit the toilet bowl for this model? Thanks.

It would not surprise me that they are discontinuing these. Overall, they were not good performers, made of thin porcelain, and there have been recalls on the flushmate systems. It looks like the only offer the VorMax Wall Hung toilet. Gerber also offers the Maxwell Wall Hung (which I would get)
