Hello, I am attempting to have a mobile home moved onto land owned by my family. The sanitarian for our parish came out to do the perc test and said we needed an aerobic treatment unit due to poor drainage. Our soil has a high clay content unfortunately. As I would rather not have a poop sprinkler in my yard, we were told we could extend the field line. It is my understanding that would would have to put the field line in place using twice the recommended length, then drill holes for repeating the perc test? Is this correct? Or does someone have another suggestion?
