Air Handler Squeal

So I had a new American Standard unit installed about a year ago and yesterday it started making this squealing noise from the interior vent. The outside unit is quiet. It starts this noise AFTER the unit shuts down once the temperature is met and lasts for about 5 minutes. I have not tried it in heat mode yet. Any Ideas?

AC runnig? Turn blower to on turn power switch off at furnace blower should stop within 30 seconds. Might take 5 minutes after power is turned back on.
