Hi all,

I have a garage that has a water line already set up and same with utilities that I am thinking of converting to an ADU.

Outside of permits, any special requirements for the water line to support regular ADU functionality (sinks, shower, etc). For example, is a certain size better than another?

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Comment for others.

ADU stands for Accessory Dwelling Unit and they might just be your next edited home. AKA granny-flats, mother-in-law-apartments, AirBNB shack and so on.
