I just had the tub drain replaced with a Gerber lift and turn drain. With the drain plug down, it still lets a small amount of water drain which is audible. I put downward pressure on the plug but the water still trickles through past the plug (I can hear it draining. Not a lot. Just a little bit).

Is this adjustable? The unit was supplied by the plumber, so this isn't big box store stock. Looks high quality.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks
Tim

When you pick up the plug, there should be a rubber gasket in the plug. If there is no gasket, it leaks.

I have gotten similar drain plugs from other mfgs, and sometimes they came without the gasket and leaked.

Call your plumber and ask him for a plug with a gasket.

Thank you. I will take a look.
