Adding Utility Sink

Please see attached photo. Can I add a tee into the vent pipe to add a utility sink. This is highlighted in purple. A bathroom will be located on the otherside of the "wall" when finished.

The pipe with the purple is either the toilet vent or the shower vent or used for both.
You can't run a laundry sink down those vents. The best bet would be to run from the lav drain on the right. The laundry tray will need a vent on it's trap arm.
