I have a detached garage with a living space above it that I plan to add a bathroom. The garage foundation is footers with a poured concrete floor. I'm currently upgrading my septic system (working with an installer) and will run a sewage pipe up to the foundation for connection. I need to add an inlet pipe, and plan to cut a roughly 2ftx2ft square on the side of the concrete floor and then hole through the footer to fit a 3inch pipe out and then reducer connection to the 4in sewer line that runs to the septic. After all this is done and connected I'll refill the cut-out hole with cement.

Is there a standard setup for an inlet pipe like this? I was thinking something similar to the attached image that has a clean out, and then under the ground it does a sweep 90 out through the hole in the footer that then connects to the sewer line that I described above. Then I would run the pipe going vertical up to the living space to connect to the bathroom.
