We are partially finishing our basement and in the process adding a dedicated laundry room. The area where the laundry will be currently has a bathroom rough in for toilet, shower, and 2" vertical drain with 1.5" vent for sink. I am planning to use the 2" drain for washer stand pipe and vanity sink. With the stand pipe attaching to current 2" pipe below the sink drain connection and adding vent based on attached diagram ive seen on here. In this diagram is there a maximum distance the stand pipe can be from the 2" vertical drain? Mine will be about 6' then a 90 degree into the wall where the vertical drain is (also where the 2nd vent would be tied in).

Is there a proper way to plug or cap the existing rough in pipes for toilet and shower (currently in wrong location to be useful and wont be putting a bathroom in)? From the research ive done i could either install an internal test plug down inside pipe and fill with concrete or spray foam insulation inside of pipes and fill with concrete.

Currently the washer stand pipe is in the basement about 25' from the main stack. It is a 3" pipe with a trap under the concrete floor (assuming since there is standing water in the bottom of the stand pipe). Since it will no longer be used for washer drain, can this be repurposed as a drain for a utility sink with a 1/4" slope from the sink to the stand pipe with no trap?

I will try to add photos of my current setup.
